Process Steps and Visit Inquiry

Visit Inquiry: parents/guardians must choose a date in the calendar below to attend the Early Childhood Education Presentation Meeting. Meeting details will be sent to your e-mail address, as well as a Zoom meeting ID.
Objective: this group meeting is held by the Pedagogical Office, and its purpose is to introduce families to our pedagogical proposal, our facilities (virtual tour) and the initiatives undertaken in Early Childhood Education. It is also an opportunity to have your questions answered.
Process continuity: parents/guardians are required to attend the meeting to continue the process. Those who do not attend the scheduled meeting are considered to be no longer interested in taking part in the process.
At the end of the Zoom meeting, families will receive an online form, the Interest Form, to be completed.
Families that attended the group meeting and correctly filled out the Interest Form will be selected to a random draw for a place in the next school year.
This draw is held virtually and takes place in the second half of June of the current year. Our team will be sending all participation rules in advance, as well as the availability of places for each school grade.
The draw will generate a list of students who have been awarded a place and a waiting list, according to the number of places available.
After the draw, parents/guardians of the students awarded will be invited to an individual meeting with the Institutional Office (by video or telephone),for family-school alignment.
After the meeting, parents/guardians will receive guidance instructions from the School Administration Office for enrollment.
For enrollment, 1 monthly tuition fee is charged as follows:
1. Reservation fee: BRL 1,000 to be paid within 2 business days after being contacted by the School Administration Office;
Confirmation fee: BRL 1,000 to be paid 30 days after the reservation fee;
Enrollment confirmation: the outstanding amount required to complete the monthly tuition fee must be paid in October.
Other important information:
• If students who were awarded a place choose not to accept it, students on the waiting list will be called according to the sequence generated in the random draw.
• All students who have attended the pedagogical presentation meeting and filled out the Interest Form, but were not called for enrollment (because of unavailable places) will receive an email from the School at the beginning of the next school year to confirm their interest in continuing to participate in the process. A reply to this e-mail must be received by the end of March.
